You can unzip the azm files with 7-zip then open the azqdata.db file in to sqlitebrowser to access the log's data - see tables 'signalling' and 'lte_cell_meas' for example. (Advanced) Try download some of your logs (.azm files) from server (or from phone > Internal storage > diag_logs folder for non-uploaded logs, uploaded logs would be in 'uploaded' folder.
